这篇文章草拟于2011年11月24日，草稿可以在爱晴皇岛的新浪博客上看到，因为近期很多eNom域名被盗的案例，站长们找到我，让我分享一些案例，我就把之前的这篇文章丰富了一下，加上后来的经验，发表到我自己的网站专栏里。希望能让站长朋友得到一点借鉴参考。

2011年11月11日，有一位站长用旺旺联系我。说他的域名被盗。enom被盗到godaddy ，

我说让他自己联系enom，然后我负责给他联系godaddy,他说他英文水平实在是不行。让我全权帮他处理。

先联系godaddy ,godaddty让联系eNom, 联系enom，同时转发给godaddy。

邮件发送后，马上就收到eNom的一封邮件：

过了一天，又收到一封邮件

Thank you for contacting Account Help. The account, ****ian008, and domains have been locked for security purposes. In order to verify account ownership, please submit the following information and documentation:

- Government issued photo ID (Scan or Digital Photo of a Passport, etc.) Do not modify or edit in any way.

- Scan or digital photo of the Front and Back of the credit card used on the account (First six numbers and last four numbers need to be visible, black out the others.)

- First Page of the corresponding Credit Card Statement. Transactions can be blacked out.

- Documentation showing ownership of the account/domains: Business License, Receipt of sale, Articles of Incorporation, etc.

Please be sure to include your Login ID with all correspondence.

意思是让我们上传身份证、信用卡、订单、公司的营业执照等。

我们只有身份证，当时账户没有绑定信用卡，续费也是push到淘宝代人续费的卖家那里让别人代续费的，也没有公司的营业执照。

我很奇怪，本来我的账户还是能访问的，可是我们发了申诉信后，他们居然把我的账户锁定了。

我们上传了身份证后，收到邮件：

We will require an un-edited photo of your ID. The ID must be in english.

意思是上传英文证件。

我们就做了翻译，盖上双语公章必不可少。上传后收到他们的两封来信，意思是我的账户已经被重置，并且分两封信，一封发来了账户，一封发来了重置后的账户密码。

本来我们的账户没有被锁定，他们先把我们的账户锁定后，验证了身份，又把我们的账户解锁，这让我们有点苦笑不得(后来不断接触eNom才知道，他们几乎都要走这一流程)。于是我们又发信告诉他们我们的域名已经被转移到了godaddy，eNom又发来邮件。让我们联系他们的转移部门，并且告诉我们电子邮箱地址。

按照他们给的邮箱联系，结果邮件却如石牛入海，一封也不回复，我们同时把给eNom的邮件给godaddy，godaddy倒是有邮件必回，从godaddy那里我们了解到了进展，说eNom已经在联系他们，让我们耐心等待。这确实符合ICANN的规则，因为规则里写如果域名被盗，应联系我们的注册商，对于eNom的转移部门从来不回复邮件，这态度真的不敢恭维。

过了两周后，终于收到eNom转移部门的来信，让我们填一个文档，文档内容如下：

SAMPLE AFFIDAVIT

Before me, the undersigned notary public, this day ________ (Date), _ (Losing Registrant Name) appeared, who being duly sworn according to law, deposes the following:

I/We _ _ (Losing Registrant Name) hereby confirm that the domain name(s) _ _ was/were registered to _ _ (Losing Registrant Full Name) of the Company _____ (Losing Registrant Company Name) until _ _ (Date of Transfer Away to Registrar ****).

I/We _ (Losing Registrant Name / Company Name) further affirm that I/we did not wish to Transfer our domain name(s) to Registrar **** from our Registrar _ _ (Name of Losing Registrar) on _ _ (Date of Transfer Away to Registrar *****).

(Signature of Affiant- Losing Registrant)

Subscribed and sworn to before me this __________ day of _______________, 20___.

并且说要到公证处去公证。我们填好表后，去公证处办公证，没想到公证处说不能办理这个公证，说他们不知道内容是什么，我们就把这个文档翻译了之后再到公证处，并且解释了很久公证处才给办。这里要提醒大家一句，办的公证一定是中英双语的，不然办了之后还要翻译。

办公证大约花了300块，大概3天时间公证处的文件才下来。

扫描给eNom的转移部门，同时发给了godaddy的转移部门。

大概又过了一周后，eNom联系我们让我们提供一个godaddy的账户，说域名可以push到我的godaddy账户里，我把新注册的godaddy账户同时提供给eNom和godaddy，又过了三天，域名终于到了我的godaddy账号里，至此，我又取得了我的域名的控制权。

希望eNom被盗转到别的公司的站长朋友看此文后能得到一点启发，早日找回自己的域名。
